The Bosch Thermotechnology division, a leading global supplier of technology and services, plans to take over Loos Deutschland GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany, as well as its subsidiaries and investments outside Germany, thus expanding its product portfolio to become a full-range supplier of commercial and industrial boilers.
