Heat Transfer
Products (HTP) president Dave Martin announced two key
appointments to the  company’s executive management team, thus, naming Todd
Romig, head of HTP operations since December 2007, as vice president of sales
and marketing, while Jon Lyons has succeeded him as vice president of
operations.
In his new
position, Romig, a veteran with extensive industry sales and marketing
experience, will be responsible for driving increased sales and market share
throughout North America and in various export markets, and all regional sales
managers as well as customer service and technical service representatives will
report to him.
Lyons, a
veteran operations executive with extensive training in quality management,
will be responsible for HTP manufacturing, purchasing, scheduling, parts,
warehousing and shipping functions. His key focus will be on accelerating
improvements in operations, customer satisfaction, quality and safety.

new roles,” says Martin. “As we continue to respond to customer needs with
innovative new products, we’re confident that the abilities of both men will
