For the second consecutive year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has named Manitowoc Foodservice as an ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year for its outstanding contribution to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by manufacturing energy-efficient products and helping to educate consumers about those products.
Globally, Manitowoc Foodservice is recognized as a world-class manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment. It currently participates in seven ENERGY STAR categories including dishwashers, fryers, ice machines, solid door refrigerators, steam cookers, griddles, hot-holding food cabinets, and ovens. As a result of the total number of products meeting ENERGY STAR criteria, coupled with its dedication to the research and development of energy-efficient foodservice products, Manitowoc Foodservice will be presented with its second ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award in a ceremony held on April 12 in Washington D.C.
