After the successful launch of TRANSOL in 2004, with over 200 users, and
more recently the 2.0 version, Aiguasol announces the

available in four languages: French, English, Spanish and Catalan.
TRANSOL 2.0 International was designed for the sizing of solar thermal systems
and it offers users TRNSYS 16s (TRaNsient simulation SYStems) dynamic
calculations reliability and precision. TRANSOL 2.0 International is
intuitive, easy to use and has a totally renovated graphic interface, reveals
the companys press release. Furthermore, it supplies meteorological data on
more than 100 places in Spain and Portugal; 24 predefined systems with 138 possible
configurations; specific programs for housing blocks; the installation for air
conditioning systems, heating and pools; detectors, boilers, insulants, tubes
data bases, detailed customized reports in Excel and HTML, and it complies with
the new Buildings Technical Code.
TRANSOL was designed for installers, small and medium engineering and
architecture companies, as well as energy planners, and it is being used by
energy agencies all over Spain
for promoting and controlling the quality of solar thermal facilities. There is
also an educational version of TRANSOL available which allows universities and
training centres to perform practical tasks. |
