HRP Group is building a new engineering, training and
technology centre for the air conditioning and refrigeration industry in Slough. Launched with air conditioning manufacturer
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, the centre is scheduled to open in late autumn to
offer refrigeration and air conditioning courses, reveals ACR News.
HRP sister company 3D Air Sales is a distributor for MHI air conditioning
products in the UK and the wholesaler can confirm that it will offer courses
for the air conditioning and refrigeration industry in a hands-on environment.
The group's long term plans include the expansion of the training programme to
other building services' industry trades. "The new engineering, training
and technology centre will allow us to promote excellence in refrigeration, a
core market for the HRP Group and in air conditioning, with the support of
leading manufacturer MHI", said HRP Group managing director Mandy Pilgrim.
The HRP Group has 15 service centres offering products to the UK's refrigeration and air conditioning
contractors and the new Slough service centre will
be replacing the group's Heathrow service centre. Last month HRP celebrated the
opening of its new workshop based at its Suffolk
headquarters. The large workshop, which
designs and builds bespoke refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, allows
the group to meet increased demand created by its new OEM and export division.
The division offers OEM's technical, product and business development support. |
