SANYO Commercial Solutions, a division of SANYO North America Corporation, is now offering new online training classes for Ductless Split Products. The 2 hour webinar sessions will be held every 3 weeks.

Steve Wiech, Service Manager and Online Training Facilitator, states: “The online program aims to reach a broader audience with the accessibility of the web. It will save companies time and money from travel costs. We are extremely excited to get feedback from the first session to really tailor the program to the needs of the HVAC community.” Class dates and registration can be viewed in the Online Training Section of the website. Commercial online training is also coming soon.

 

The current training course provides an overview of Sanyo’s R-410a one-to-one Split and Flexi Multi products including installation requirements, commissioning procedures, operating characteristics and a detailed review of service and troubleshooting procedures. According to the company’s press release, it is the same class offered in the Kennesaw, Georgia training facility. It is intended for HVAC contractors (technicians and installers) and wholesale distributors of technical, sales and parts. Attendees should have a general understanding of air conditioning systems, refrigerants, installation and service procedures.
