On 14 June, the “EXPO 2008” international exhibition opened its gates in the Spanish town of Zaragoza. So that visitors and exhibitors alike would feel comfortable in this showcase of nations, the TROX Group through TROX  Spain provided a whole range of high-quality and innovative components and systems to virtually all the exhibition buildings.

The Spanish Pavilion, Aragon’s Pavilion and the “Torre del Aqua” water tower – an architectural feat with a 76 metre high glass tower without any floors in between – were equipped exclusively with TROX components and systems. The chosen theme “Water and sustainable development” is not only a hot topic at Expo Zaragoza 2008 in that this expo is the first world exhibition to be held under the common motto of all exhibiting countries.
