Organized by the Sächsische Energieagentur – SAENA GmbH Dresden and the Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt, the 14th International Passive House Conference is to be held on May 28th and 29th 2010 in Dresden, where more than 1,200 delegates are expected and where they will access the highest quality information about the Passive House Standard. The Organisers now invite all active and engaged persons to share their experience and research results and to submit abstracts before November 2nd 2009 to the Passivhaus Institut in Darmstadt (Germany).

According to Passivhaus Institut, the 2010 conference edition focuses on the global crisis by working towards energy efficiency in Central and Eastern Europe, energy efficiency inside buildings (electrical appliances suitable for Passive Houses) and local economic added-value through this building standard. Furthermore, the conference will emphasize Passive House research and development news with a focus on non-residential buildings.
