CAREL, a well known Italian company that offers innovative humidification and control systems to the HVACR market, has recently opened a representative office in Russia, in order to manage all actions aimed at promoting and supporting Carel’s business in the Russian Federation, thus continuing growing through worldwide commercial expansion.

The representative office is managed by Andrey Bruk and operates from two sites, the main one, in St. Petersburg and the other in Moscow. The decision to invest in Russia is the result of a precise company strategy aimed at growing in the emerging markets that represent the future of the economy. According to Carel, Russia is one of the four BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China), that share a large population, a vast territory, enormous natural resources and strong GDP growth and that, according to experts, will dominate the world economy in the next half century.

The company has by now consolidated an international reputation in which about 70% of total sales are made abroad, and operates directly through 11 subsidiaries, production plants in Italy, China and USA and a commercial network in over 70 different countries around the world.
