Danfoss launches new flexible heat pump DHP-AX with a maximum of efficiency To meet growing demand on the European market, Danfoss Heat Pumps is launching a new flexible air/water heat pump that can provide both heating and hot water, with a maximum of efficiency at a minimum of cost. DHP-AX can be connected to existing heating systems or be expanded to provide a complete heating solution.

“DHP-AX is full of technical innovations and we strongly believe it will meet the requirements of a target audience looking for an affordable and reliable heating solution. The flexibility of the heat pump combined with a favourable price and high performance, means the end-user gets value for money”, says Lars Bergen, Marketing Director at Danfoss Heat Pumps.

According to the company’s press release, the DHP-AX comprises a base unit that can be combined with a specially adapted indoor kit creating a complete heating solution. It can also be connected with an existing heating system or parts of such a system, such as a hot water boiler. DHP-AX is available in four power outputs (6, 8, 10 and 12 kW) and is being launched all over Europe.
