Launched by Luvata at the beginning of 2009, KCE, the newest line of ECO Coils & Coolers branded remote condensers and liquid coolers for the air conditioning and commercial/industrial refrigeration sectors, is quickly gaining recognition in the market as an innovative and superior solution that is extremely flexible and modular, which can meet the most demanding configuration requirements. 

According to the company’s press release, the flexibility of the KCE line now makes it possible to optimize the number and diameter combinations of the fan motors to ensure a greater linearity within the available space. Intended for outdoor applications, this new series is particularly suitable for the close-control segment, where the number of motors to noise ratio and the cutting-phase control option are important considerations.

To meet the increasing demand for heat dissipation in precision air conditioning systems, the availability of the 710 mm diameter motors facilitates the management of the condensing section with a lower number of fan motors, consequently simplifying the electronic equipment required for the control and management systems and related safety aspects.

In the medium-low power KCE, the outfitted fan motors in the “HyBlade” series deliver a significant reduction in weight, along with an efficient structure, decreased noise level and improved operating efficiency.  Fan motors for models with greater motor diameter (800mm, 910 mm and 1000m) will also have a low noise impact and similar optimized performance. The exceptionally low noise emission, minimum levels of 16 db(A) at 10 meters, is at least a 75% reduction in comparison to previous units.
