New educational sessions are added to the educational program during the RSES 73^rd Annual Conference at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort in Tucson, Ariz., on Nov. 9-13, 2010.  The conference will focus on education as well as many industry-related topics and the theme will be “A Thirst for Knowledge.”  The RSES Southern Arizona Chapter will host the conference.  

The educational sessions include:

• “Motor Terminology and Replacement,” will be led by Dennis Bush of A. O. Smith Electrical Products Co.;
• “Compressor Starting Problems,” will be led by Dennis Morgan of RectorSeal, the manufacturer of Kickstart;
• "The Use of Variable Frequency Drives with Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Compressors,” will be led by Jamie Kitchen of Danfoss; 
• “Refrigeration, A/C Compressors and Controls Go “Hollywood”—The Journey of Pressure, Temperature and Defrost Process from the “Beginning” to the 21^st Century,” will be led by James A. Italiano of The Products Group LLC;
• “Romance of Radiant,” will be led by John Vastyan of Common Ground and Kolyn Marshall of Watts Radiant Inc.;
• "Operación y Mantenimiento de Compresores Centrífugos", será dirigida por Garth Denison, CMS.
