The work is divided into three main divisions. The first considers the principles of ventilation, and from this standpoint takes up the theoretical requirements for good health and comfort. The second part analyzes the different methods of ventilation in most common use, while under the third division the authors consider the different requirements of various classes of buildings, such as schools, theaters, department stores, etc.
