The Energy for Building Restoration Practical Guide, edited by the Energy Diversity and Savings Institute (IDAE) and the Spanish National Association of Manufacturers of Insulating Materials (ANDIMAT), is aimed at presidents of homeownwers’ association and building administrators, as well as all citizens  that, as tenants, have a perception of comfort inside and assume the cost necessary to achieve this thermal well-being. This Guide, with 5,000 copies for the first edition, passes on a fundamental idea: “Thermal restoration of a building is not as complex or expensive as it can seem and offers remarkable benefits; and even if it is not specifically planned, one can always think of it  whenever any kind of restoration is undertaken in a building.”
