Férroli has
developed a new high performance R-410 A roof-top heat pump line for
the commercial sector, reports "El Instalador Digital".
It's made from painted galvanised metal plate suitable for outdoor
installation and all sections in contact with the conditioned air are
easy to access for cleaning, insulated on the outside to minimise heat
loss and prevent the formation of condensate.
The series features soundproof scroll compressors, each on an independent refrigerant circuit. This ensures that the ratio between total and sensible cooling capacity can be maintained constant even at part loads, guaranteeing both better conditioning of the air and higher reliability. Each refrigeration circuit is equipped with thermostatic expansion valves and section valves. The axial fans, with continuous speed control, are driven by external rotor motors and have low profile blades to reduce noise. The internal centrifugal fans have a double inlet and are driven by belts/pulleys mounted on sliding adjustable platforms.
All models are available in three possible versions:
- Basic version, with air damper and G4 filter.
- Two-damper version, which incorporates an additional mix box for air suction with two motor driven dampers, with a rainproof cover and a protective metal mesh.
- Three-damper version, with another additional module for free-cooling operation, able to incorporate return fan.
A microprocessor, which works with all versions and can connect to a BMS system, controls the unit and its accessories. |
