Thanks to the collaboration between Five Continents Exhibitions, organizer of Expoenergética Fair, and Zeroemissions, the company of Abengoa that contributes to solutions of global climatic change, it has been possible to calculate the gas discharges derived from the celebration of Expoenergética, the International Week of Renewable and Conventional Energies, held in Valencia between the 19 and the 21 of November 2007. According to the organizers press release, the neutralization initiative made possible is to lower the emissions of the consumption of 21,000 kW, 2,500 kg of paper and almost 4 tons of other carbon sources produced during the event.
