After the success of the 2nd Conference on Solar Air Conditioning held in Tarragona in October 2007, the 3^rd edition will take place in Palermo, Italy. Due to the expectation of a large number of attendants, some changes will be arranged on the typical programme. Keynote speakers will introduce every session, while parallel sessions will be organised in order to arrange the participant time in the best way.

According to OTTI’s press release, the deadline for the submission of abstracts is February 27^th, 2009. Topics include components such as heat driven water chillers and heat driven open cycles, systems technology, practical experience (operation, maintenance, energy performance and cost performance), solar cooling applications and system design (design tools, simulation and engineering).
