Ferroli recently announced that its Burgos factory located in the Villalonquejar Industrial Estate was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification by Bureau Veritas Certification for its management system applied to the design, manufacture, marketing and after sales service of radiators, boilers and air conditioning equipment.

The ISO 9001:2008 certification is an international standard related to quality management applicable to any organization in any sector or activity. It is based on eight quality management principles essential to good corporate governance, namely customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.

According to Ferroli, this national and international recognition awarded by Bureau Veritas Certification is a valuable asset that demonstrates Ferroli’s achievements and ongoing commitment to lead the organization in a professional way and focused on continuous improvement.
