The Siemens Division Industry Solutions took over EUtech Energie & Management (E&M) GmbH, a consulting company that provides services in the areas of energy efficiency, energy business, energy policy and climate protection, headquartered in Aachen, Germany. With the acquisition, Siemens Industry Solutions strengthens its service business in energy and environmental management.

“EUtech possesses expertise and market know-how for modern practices, processes and facilities in industry and infrastructure and has in-depth knowledge about national and international energy and climate policy. The acquisition strengthens our service and offerings in the area of energy efficiency,” explained Dr. Thomas Moser, head of Siemens Industrial Technologies, a Business Unit of the Siemens Division Industry Solutions.
