Eaton-Williams has returned from China having won an award for ServerCool’s innovative energy efficient approach to data centre cooling. The award was presented to ServerCool® as the best provider of energy efficient cooling at the China Green Data Centre Development and Best Practice Forum in Beijing where Eaton-Williams was exhibiting and presented case studies on an energy efficient cooling solutions for China Mobile.

Eaton-Williams competed against a number of blue chip and Fortune 100 companies at the event, which was attended by government ministers and heads of key players in the data centre industry including China Mobile and China Telecom.

ServerCool displayed its rear door heat exchanger (RDHX) and Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) which won the award for the best product to deliver an energy efficient solution. ServerCool’s product range was also recognised for its energy savings and CO2 reductions.
