Panasonic launches ENVIO air conditioners PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 08 February 2007
panasonicPanasonic Malaysia has recently introduced the new ENVIO I2 and P2 air conditioners, reports "JARN" magazine.
The ENVIO I2, inverter deluxe series, is environment-friendly, it uses R410A refrigerant, and energy efficient. This new model also incorporates an air purifying mechanism and associated features. With its flexible power control operation, the ENVIO I2 is up to 50% more energy efficient than non-inverter models.

The company also introduced in the market the ENVIO P2, with its revolutionary "e-ion Air Purifying System with Patrol Sensor". ENVIO P2 air conditioners monitor the air quality in the room. When the air quality falls to a certain level, its e-ion Generator will shoot 3 trillion active e-ions into the air in the room and catch dust particles. Dust is then negatively charged and deactivated. The negatively charged and deactivated airbone dust will be drawn and trapped by the positively charged mega size e-ion filter. This boomerang-like mechanism allows more effective air purification and offers the same performance as a full-scale air purifier.
