AAF International, which has
recently launched its Customer Portal, traces its roots to Bill Reed, a skilled
engineer and clever entrepreneur who recognized in 1921 that cleaning the air
was critical to the growth of society, the development of technology, and the
protection of human health.
AAF Internationals new Customer Portal has been designed to give
customers instant internet access to their data. Access to this Portal
requires a secured user ID and password. According to the companys press
release, once a request for a user ID and password has been processed and
activated by AAF, the following information can be viewed on the Portal: ship-to-addresses
that have been used on orders in the last year, active contact names, phone
numbers and email addresses for their company, and order and shipment
information for orders placed by the company in the last year
AAF maintains operations in 22 countries with more than 2,600 employees
worldwide and has sales offices in 260 locations. It is supported in its
international ventures through the resources of its parent company OYL
Industries Berhad, based in Malaysia.
OYL, in turn, is owned by Daikin Industries, Ltd., Osaka, Japan,
