Tricool has expanded
its pump and tank skid operations enabling customers to benefit from a
dedicated purpose-build solution to meet their requirements. Historically
Tricool has built skid units in tandem with cooling plant and offered this as a
single project. However, Tricool is offering a purpose build service in
response to customer requests for stand-alone skids for other projects on their
sites that can include upgrading their current pumping arrangements.
Many
of Tricools projects are bespoke, requiring additional features to meet the
needs of its customers processes or HVAC systems. We can offer design, build,
test and install from our manufacturing base in Fareham
fully supported by our sales engineers who can specify to meet customers
on-site requirements where needed, comments Martin Storey, Tricools
Operations Director. With production facilities on-site, Tricool can offer
CAD-assisted design and a wide variety of skid sizes in addition to standard
pump and tank sets. Efficiency, costs and quality are fully controlled and
monitored by its ISO9001 accreditation.
According to the companys press release, a wide range
of options is available and includes run and stand by pump arrangements (with
auto-changeover), wide range of open/close tank sizes and plastic/metal build,
wide range of pipe work grades/materials including high grade stainless steel,
closed pressurised or atmospheric circuit options, plate and shell & tube
heat exchangers, a wide variety of control regulating valves and connections, customised
design, construction and finishes, delivered assembled or kit form, control
panels, and witness test facilities prior to delivery. |
