ABM Rexel, one of the leading company in the distribution of electrical equipment market, has made public the nomination of Patrick Bérard as new General Director of the company in Spain, replacing Fernando Cogollos. The Board Commitee will report directly to Senior Vice-President of Operations for the South of Europe Patrick Bérard, the new acting General Director of ABM Rexel.

In the new structure of the organization, Patrick Bérard will be supported by Steering Committee formed by four people: Gonzalo Errejón, Commercial Director; Luis Alberto Regalado, Financial Director; Ignacio Caballero, Director of  Logistics and Information Systems; and Maria del Valle Rodriguez, Human Resources Director. In parallel, ABM Rexel has also announced the incorporation, within the commercial organization, of a new Purchasing Director under the responsibility of José Manuel Álvarez.

Under the direction of Fernando Cogollos, the former director, the company was determined to transform all the points of sale towards the corporate uniformity, the organization by categories and the creation of logistic storage and distribution centres. According to Cogollos, “nothing would have been possible without the work, commitment and the equipment quality that has accompanied to me in this project”.
