Danfoss compressor wins AHR Expo Product of the Year |

 The AHR
EXPO® Product of the Year Award has been awarded to Danfoss, for its Apexx VSH Series
variable speed scroll compressors for commercial air conditioning. From the top
nine products recognized at this year’s Innovation Awards Competition, the
Apexx VSH Series variable speed scroll compressor, from the Cooling category,
was the winner, giving Danfoss their third award of the day.
Products were judged and selected on the basis of
their design, creativity, innovation, application, energy efficiency, and value
to the HVAC&R Industry.
The award, presented during
the AHR EXPO in January 27th, in Chicago, was “indeed
an honour" said John Galyen, President of Danfoss North America Refrigeration Air
Conditioning. "It is not the capstone, but actually a milestone in the VSH
story, as development continues for engineering innovations leading to even
greater energy efficient solutions for our customers”, added Galyen.
