From March 1, Peter M. Clausen will step back as a Senior Vice President of Danfoss High Pressure Systems, a technology project that targeted the replacement of oil hydraulics with water hydraulics. His successor is set to be Palle Kruse, who is currently head of Danfoss Group & People & Organisation. In his new role as Senior Vice President of Danfoss High Pressure Systems, his primary responsibility will be to exploit the very large development potential of the business area and increase the growth rates of the business.
I would like to thank Peter M. Clausen warmly for his commitment and his major contribution over the past years heading an area which, at first, was entirely new but exciting territory for Danfoss, said Niels B. Christiansen, Danfoss President and CEO.
In the future, Peter M. Clausen intends to dedicate his time to chairing the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation, the Fabrikant Mads Clausen Foundation, the Danfoss Training Foundation, Sønderborg Havneselskab, the Project Zero Foundation and, as a board member in Danfoss A/S, Danfoss Universe and the Mads Clausen Institute, among others. |
