Registrations open for the first IIR International Cold Chain Conference |

Singapore will host the first International
Institute of Refrigerations (IIR) Cold Chain Conference, which will be held
from April 2729 at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and
Exhibition Centre. The conference will be presented by AIRAH, in conjunction with the Global Cold
Chain Alliance (GCCA) and the IIR.
Experts
will discuss a diverse range of topics relating to cold chain, including
technologies for cold chain monitoring, energy efficiency, emerging markets
development of cold chain standards, innovative transport system and equipment
design, and horticultural cool chains.
Expected to attend the conference are experts from fields as diverse as
pharmaceutical supply, operations management, logistics, food science and
distribution, refrigeration, such as Bill Hudson, CEO of Global
Cold Chain Alliance (USA), Leo Lukasse from Wageningen
University and Research Centre (Netherlands), Jacques Guilpart, Head of the Refrigeration
Processes Engineering Research Unit Cemagref Agricultural and Environmental
Engineering Research (France), and Nicole Patterson of Consumer & Sensory Department, Leatherhead Food
International (UK). |
