Relatio, a worldwide photovoltaic solar energy systems supplier, launched a new monitoring system, denominated FieldMonitor, whose objective is to manage the solar fields’ production from a unique control centre. This innovative system was recognized in 2008 by the Hannover Fair with the Industry Award.

The FieldMonitor system developed by RelatioPV and commercialized by the Spanish subsidiary RelatioSolar allows the access to the system through the Web or other Internet application. This way, the user will know in every moment what is its solar field production. In addition, and according to the company’s press release, FieldMonitoring allows real time control of everything that is happening in the solar field, being also possible to visualize pending orders and register the service report.

Xavier Cugat, RelatioSolar’s General Director in Spain, has defined the system as “absolutely innovating. Until now all the monitoring systems would end their assignment after receiving the failure warning, in our system this is only the beginning, a chain that allows to manage all activities and to extract all type of operative statistics. In fact, this system innovation was recognized by the Hannover Fair that granted us the Industry Award for the best technical service product of 2008.”
