Law 41.629/1997, 10th March: Establishes the rules for the protection of

Law 147/2006, 15th February: Regulates the control and
recovery of ozone depleting substances from refrigeration and air conditioning
equipment and heat pumps, according to the EU Regulation 2037/2000.

Ozone Depleting Substances Portugal
Law 152/2005, 31st August: Regulates the
recovery, recycling, evaluation and destruction of ozone depleting substances used
in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, heat pumps and fire protection
systems, according to the EU Regulation 2037/2000, as well as the minimum
qualifications of the professionals in charge of this control.
Law 35/2008, 27th February: Regulates the training
programs for professionals involved in the recovery, recycling, evaluation and
destruction of ozone depleting substances used in refrigeration and air conditioning
equipment, heat pumps and fire protection systems.
Thermal Performance of Buildings
Portugal
Law 78/2006, 79/2006, 80/2006: Establish the
certification system for the thermal performance of buildings, according to EU
Directive 2002/91/CE. The RSECE (Buildings Energy and Air Conditioning Systems
Regulation) and RCCTE (Buildings Thermal Performance Characteristics
Regulation) establish the criteria for the control of energy efficiency, indoor
air quality, air conditioning systems and boilers.
