The American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE) calls for organizations successful renewable energy and energy efficiency practices to be included in a publication supported by REEEP and the U.S. Department of State. All Sub-National Best Practices in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency should be sent by August 31, 2009.
The participant organizations addressing these issues could be included among the nations most innovative and effective energy programs in the Compendium of Best Practices to be published in early 2010, a key tool for the United States' energy efforts in China, India, and other developing countries.
According to ACORE, the benefits of participating in this publication include international visibility in high growth markets by top policymakers and leading companies, via the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate (DoS), and the international networks of REEEP, the Alliance to Save Energy, and ACORE. |
