The congress programme at the CholodSummit Rossija 2010 is now set and will be held on the next February 16-17, 2010 at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy Moscow. Focusing on “Innovative refrigeration technology in the foodstuff industry”, ten of the leading international companies from the refrigeration sector will be presenting their new products and services in the foyer exhibition.

“The Russian refrigeration professionals can eagerly look forward to two unique and informative congress days. International experts will be presenting papers on highly topical themes”, said Meike Krüger, Event Manager for the CholodSummit Rossija 2010 at the NürnbergMesse Group. “In this connection such key themes as energy efficiency and environmental protection, but also legal and financial aspects will be among the focal points.”

Among others, the trade world will discuss the “Efficiency and safety of refrigeration equipment for the food industry”, “Energy efficiency in supermarkets on the basis of modern refrigeration technology and automation” and “The uninterrupted refrigeration chain – the reason for the strategy aimed at efficiency and quality of food”, all hosted by two renowned experts Igor Martynovich Kalnin, Head of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering Department of the Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering, along with Alexander V. Baranenko, President of the International Academy of Refrigeration (IAR).
