SANYO distributor Easy Air Conditioning has announced a dedicated training programme devised by SANYO for engineers wishing to install or service its high efficiency carbon dioxide-based heat pumps. Based at its Birmingham headquarters, the Easy Air’s next course takes place on 6 August and will support the roll-out of SANYO’s CO₂ ECO heat pump-based heating systems, launched officially at the H&V/RAC 09 and Ecobuild earlier this year.

According to the company’s press release, the one-day course will cover both theoretical and design aspects of working with carbon dioxide-based heat pump systems, and will give installation engineers hands-on experience of working with the high efficiency CO₂ ECO system.

“We have already trained a number of engineers and are organising a forward programme to cater for demand,” said Neal Gooding, managing director of Easy Air. “It is an excellent product and unique technology in the market. With increased concern over rising energy costs, it provides a superb solution that translates into serious savings in running costs from day one.”
