Glass Performance Days is organizing the first edition of GPD in South America (GPD SAME) to be held on May 6-7, 2010 in concurrence with Glass South America 2010 trade fair in Sao Paolo, Brazil. 

According to the event’s press release, the fast growth being experienced in South America is offering many new possibilities to the whole glass industry including suppliers and designers. Therefore, the first GPD SAME event will focus on new glass technologies, solar and design.

The event will give special emphasis on how to improve the profitability of a glass company. All presentations must be high level technical papers and must focus and fit the needs of the South American market.
