RSES and the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) have recently reached an agreement to jointly develop a publication titled, Refrigeration System Commissioning Guideline. Scheduled for a late 2010 release, the guideline is intended to guide a commissioning provider through the correct commissioning process for a refrigeration system.
According to the RSES press release, the co-branded guideline will define the commissioning process for HVAC refrigeration systems such as package units, split DX systems, low-temperature and medium-temperature refrigeration systems.
The results of this joint venture are a more defined process for the commissioning provider, and a more efficient refrigeration system that contributes to the sustainability of the building it serves. RSES is proud to work with NEBB in this effort to raise the bar for HVACR system performance, says RSES Executive Vice President Mark Lowry. |
