Guangdong Chigo Air Conditioning Co. Ltd. has begun to develop new types of ice storage AC systems, reports "JARN" magazine. It has successfully combined the ice storage technology with modular AC technology to develop inverter and constant ice storage modular air conditioning units.
The products are classified into 2 types - small capacity type, the power of which is either 8 hp or 10 hp, and middle capacity type, the power of which is either 40 hp or 80 hp. The units will be used in residential central AC systems; they can also be used in large air conditioning systems, with intelligent control systems combining basic modules.
The inverter ice storage modular ACs are highly energy-efficient and advanced ice storage products developed based on Chigo's CMV series, a series of inverter modular commercial ACs, and static ice-making and inverter control technologies. The 8 hp and 10 hp models can be combined freely according to the customer's request. A set of modular AC systems can be composed of as many as 4 models, with the power as high as 40 hp. |
