Cool Chain Group appoints new Chief Financial Officer |

 For the continued expansion and growth of the CCG (Cool Chain Group) worldwide network and to strengthen its management organization focussing on financial controlling and mergers & acquisitions, Achaz von Quistorp started on January 02nd, 2007, as CCG's Chief Financial Officer, announces a CCG's press release.
Achaz von Quistorp has a long and substantial experience in financial controlling and business development / mergers & acquisitions due to his varied management positions in well known and global companies also in the logistics business. His last engagement was with one of Europe's largest pharmaceutical wholesale and retail company which is listed on the German stock exchange. Achaz von Quistorp is located at CCG's headquarters in Bremen, Germany.
CCG is focusing on building a healthy development and expansion strategy. A few weeks ago a joint venture with the Group's Latin American partners was completed. CCG as major shareholder will soon open 5 new perishable offices in Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia. As a result of the strong regional development in Latin America Pablo Nunez was appointed as CCG's Regional CFO Latin America as of December 01st, 2006.
In December 2006 CCG raised its share in Rungis Express AG, the leading German gourmet food trading company, from 72% to 100%, enabling the CCG management to have full responsibility and commitment to realising its mission. |
