HVAC R industry gathers today at AHR Expo |

AHR Expo, considered the world's largest HVAC R trade show event, starts today and will take place until the 31st of January at the Dallas Convention Center (USA).
 According to the events' organizers, AHR Expo is featuring more than 1,600 exhibiting companies from 35 countries, including 320 international exhibitors and nine new International Pavilions.
At this year's event, visitor will be able to discover the latest in Green Building Technology, Indoor Air Quality, High Efficiency, Energy Conservation and Reclaiming, Building Automation & Control, Industry Standards, Networking and Systems Integration, Business Solutions, and much more.
The 77th Annual event is expected to attract more than 45,000 HVAC/R professionals (including over 25,000 visitors). This year’s expo will cover more than 350,000 square feet, compared to 315,000 square feet in 2000. The 2007 AHR Expo will have at least 300 more exhibiting companies representing a 25 percent increase over the 2000 Dallas Show.
According to "Achrnews", there will be over 30 free educational sessions available to AHR Expo attendees. Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI), Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI), and ASHRAE are just three of the many organizations presenting free seminars. Examples of the free sessions include the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), which will lead “Green Buildings, Operations & Design: What’s Driving the Market?” The session will cover market change, new initiatives, and the impacts of green building on the corporate market.
