Coestherm Hexa Multilayer Pipe is the innovative new range of multilayer
pipes made of PPR proposed by Coes for hot and cold
water adduction for plumbing systems. Thanks to the 3-layer pipe made of
compound PP-RCT (polymer with a fine but very dense hexagonal crystalline
structure).
The main characteristics of Coestherm
Hexa Multilayer Pipe are a greater capacity, as the reduced thickness of the
walls allows the installation of pipes with a smaller diameter with the same
capacity. The Charpy test from 0°C
and 26°C
and the pressure resistance test over time prove the exceptional mechanical
resistance to cracking and breakage and a guaranteed duration, after installation,
of 50 years at a temperature of 70°C.
The new range is easy to install since it is perfectly compatible for joining
to Coestherm joints. Also, Hexa has attained certification for mechanical
resistance and suitability for drinking, a fundamental guarantee for domestic
safety (contact with eyes, use in cooking).
On the other hand, unlike the products treated with non-plastic fibres,
the Coestherm Hexa Multilayer pipe is totally recyclable, offering further
confirmation of the eco-compatible choice of Coes. With greater linear
dilatation, it is available in a diameter range of 16 to 200 mm, reveals the
companys press release. |
