Dri-Eaz Products, a provider of portable environmental control solutions and manufacturer of dehumidifiers among others, will bring maximum versatility to the AHR Expo in New York (booth 8649), Jan. 22-24, 2008. As first-time exhibitor, Dri-Eaz will show its new EnviroBoss 1400, which provides powerful cooling, focused heating and dehumidification. The EB1400 is a unique three-in-one solution for tackling any situation where one needs portable environmental control.

The EB1400 is ideal for spot cooling during hot summer weather in health care facilities and labs, or for year-round use in industrial areas like computer rooms and sensitive manufacturing areas. Dri-Eaz designed the EB1400 – the first product from its EnviroBoss line – to provide the ultimate control for balancing temperature, humidity and air exchange. The EB1400 offers 1-ton cooling effectiveness with 470 CFM plus dehumidification, focused heating and ventilation. It’s ductable for spot cooling and directing heat into specific spaces, while also filtering room air and pumping out condensation. The unit features a digital temperature control that keeps operation simple, and wheel casters that make it easy to move from room to room.

 

According to the company’s press release, in addition to the EB1400, Dri-Eaz will showcase samples from its full line of portable environmental control solutions, including HEPA 500 (high efficiency air filtration with a small footprint), dehumidifiers (rugged, portable designs for maximum water removal), airmovers (commercial grade blowers for drying and ventilation) and HygroTrac (real-time, remote, wireless moisture monitoring).
