Corey Rosenbusch has been promoted to the position of Vice President of
the Global Cold Chain Alliance. He was formerly the Senior Director of Policy &
Programs and has been with the Alliance for two years. In this position he
serves as Vice President of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses,
the World Food Logistics Organization, the International Refrigerated Transportation
Association, and the International Association for Cold Storage Construction.
The continuing growth of
IARW and WFLO and other Alliance partners dictates that we need a strong
number-two person at Cold Chain Headquarters to manage our day-today operations
and play a key role in policy development and implementation, said Alliance
President & CEO Bill Hudson. Corey has proven to be an exceptional executive
during his two years with us and is the ideal candidate for this position. He has
influenced this organization with a vision for global growth and expansion. His
leadership qualities have affected how the Alliance staff is structured and how
we are positioning ourselves for the future.
Before joining the
Alliance, Rosenbusch served as project director of a cold chain development
program in Indonesia under a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)
grant. He also served as an international development
consultant in the Ukraine, Indonesia, Afghanistan,
and El Salvador
in the fields of education and training, agribusiness development, and
postharvest horticulture and cold chain development. According to the
organizations press release, there have also been two other staffing changes at the Global Cold Chain
Alliance: Tori Miller has been promoted to Director of Communication and Jason
Boyd has been promoted to Director of Marketing. |
