Hi-Tech House & Building 2007 International Exhibition & Congress, organized by Midexpo, took place on November 7th -10th at the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Center, in Moscow. Visited by more than 12 000 specialists, this international exhibition and congress is the key event in the field of building automation and management systems in Russia and CIS countries, focused on practical application of advanced technologies.

For six years it has managed to win a strong international recognition and to become one of the most reputable events in the field of automation and effective buildings operation. The exhibition was supported by such world leading international professional associations as LonMark, BIG-RU (BacNet Interest Group), CEDIA, Konnex, CABA, ABOK and RATEK. Also, the most advanced technologies in the fields of building automation and control systems, and climate-control, among others, were represented at the exhibition by world leading manufacturers and system integrators, including Air Conditioning & Heating International (AHI), ICS Group, Johnson Controls, Rusklimat Vent and Siemens Building Technologies (SBT), among others.

Different seminars and training for technical qualifications were held by international associations, such as LonMark. Furthermore, the International Congress "Future trends in Intelligent Building Construction", which was visited by more than 300 specialists, took place on November 7th with the support of state institutions and a program structure divided in 2 parts: a plenary session and two subject sessions. The plenary session was dedicated to the basic tendencies of Russian market development, state policy in the residential real estate construction market, national priorities and new state programs in construction, etc. According to the organizers press release, the 7th edition of Hi-Tech House and Building will take place on October 30th – November 1st, 2008, at Crocus Expo Exhibition Center, Hall 3, Pavilion 1, Moscow, Russia.
