HKT
(Huber-Kälte-Technik GmbH), a family business under the management of Karl Huber that re-started the
production of Goeldner-Compressors 20 years ago, has recently announced its
move to new premises. Manufacturing and mounting of compressors and condensing units
moved into its brand new, generously spaced building. The Goeldner
refrigeration compressors will be produced in Halfing,
Bavaria, close to the Chiemsee
Lake, in Germany.
The creator of all Goeldner compressors is Hans Goeldner, who set up Goeldner
& Co. in 1939. The company was a specialized compressor manufacturer from
the start, and its products are well known worldwide. Its product range comprises
piston stroke compressors and condensing units in open and semi-hermietic
constructions with a colling capacity of up to 110kw and a propellant power of
22kw. In 1972 the company was transformed into a partnerschip. The previous
owners left and the shares were taken over by Eugen Laible KG, active in the
sanitary and air conditioning industries.
In 1987, the manufacturing and distribution rights for Goelnder Products were
transferred to the company HKT Huber-Hälte-Technik GmbH. Today HKT GmbH
manufactures Goeldner Products on the basis of the original engineering
documents and gains increasing recognition all over the world. According to the
companys press release, inside Germany
compressors and condensing units are distributed directly by HKt and by HKT
representatives.
