REHAU offers 2008 Radiant Heating and Plumbing Systems Classes |

REHAU,
the premium worldwide brand for polymer-based innovations and systems in
construction, automotive and industry, announced the 2008 schedule of Skill
Builders training classes offered throughout the U.S.
and Canada by REHAU Academy.
The schedule includes traditional three-day comprehensive Skill Builders
Complete training courses, as well as one-day Skill Builders Focus Sessions
tailored to the specific needs of experienced radiant contractors and heating
professionals. Lance MacNevin, Unit Manager of REHAU Academy,
stated: Recognizing the rising demand for expertise in PEX-based system
installation, we have enhanced and expanded our Skill Builders training classes
this year, offering a more hands-on experience with our heating and plumbing
systems.
Facilitated by experienced REHAU professionals, the three-day Skill Builders
Complete course covers both introductory and intermediate-level subjects, with
topics including: selling the advantages of radiant heating; combining radiant
floor heating with other radiant panels, such as radiant walls and ceilings;
and working with PEX plumbing. REHAUs advanced Focus Sessions are small,
one-day classes that allow for more personalized interaction. According to the
companys press release, Focus Session 1 discusses advanced software design
techniques and an introduction to REHAUs new CAD-based software programs,
while Focus Session 2 details controls and piping techniques.
