Sakura introduces new portable air conditioners for 2008 |

In view of the recent demand for portable air
conditioner in Europe, Sakura has
developed two new portable air conditioners for 2008 which have been designed
to meet the tendency of the European market, with a capacity range of 7,000 -14,000
btu using R-410a refrigerant.
 Portable
model SMP-10RA/14RA now has an elegant European design with a capacity of 10,000
and 14,000 btu, 2.9kw and 41kw, respectively (Cooling/Heating). This
EER class A equipment uses environmentally-friendly R-410A and complies with RoHS
Directive. It features a 3-speed control by using panel or remote control, as
well as self-diagnostic with warning for full water in drainage pan. A programmable
timer of up to 12 hours is available in an easy to move around equipment, with
rolling casters and an extendable exhaust hose (up to 1.5 meters).
Portable model SUO-07SR/SM is an ultra-compact body in a simple and cute
design. It has a capacity of 7,000 btu (2.0kw) for cooling only. Horizontal
& vertical window slide kits are available as an option and its simple
cubic design fits with any interior design. It is recommended for private rooms
