John Hunt, formerly of Axima Building Services, and Stuart Lyon of MITIE Engineering Services (Scotland) received HVCA Outstanding Service Awards, which recognise those individuals whose contribution to the activities of the Association had been positive and significant.

Gareth Vaughan, President of HVAC said that, as a member of the Association’s Technical Committee for more than two decades, John Hunt had made an enormous contribution to “the library of specifications and good practice guides that have helped to establish HVCA as the key standards-setter across building services engineering”.
