Climastar Global Company, a leading manufacturer of green, high-tech and top design heating systems, recently announced the strengthening of its business strategy with ENJATESA S.L. among its shareholders.

According to CLIMASTAR’s press release, Mr. Santiago Tres Casas, founding member of the prestigious GRIFERÍA TRES S.A. company, recently acquired 25% of CLIMASTAR Global Company S,L., through its ENJATESA S.L. company. With Mr. Santiago Tres Casas among its shareholders, the Asturian company will thus maximize its business objectives in the water heating market.

The entry of this new partner in the shareholding structure of CLIMASTAR will boost the launch of an innovative, energy-efficient HVAC system based on low energy consumption, both in heating and cooling, that CLIMASTAR plans to introduce in 2010.
