The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), recently announced its National Conference 2010 on “Resilience and Buildings Services – How to Secure the Future” to be held on April 27-28, 2010 at the British Museum, London. The Conference main topics include energy resilience, design resilience, technology resilience and business opportunities from forthcoming legislation.

According to CIBSE, this conference will equip building services specialists with an insight into scenario planning for commercial resilience. It will provide information on the political, legal, environmental and technical changes which will have significant impacts in the next 2-5 years. Speakers include Keith Clarke of Atkins, David Frise from Imperial College London, Brian Mark, Director of Fulcrum Consulting, and Yan Evans, Technical Director at Baxi Commercial Division.
