The HVACR sector has gathered once again for the traditional “Noche de Climatización”, reveals Climanoticias. This event takes place in odd years and closes the fair dedicated to the air conditioning, heating and refrigeration industry.

It was celebrated recently at Viñuelas Castle’s Hunting Hall, on the outskirts of Madrid, for the presentation of the Climatización 2007 Awards and also to evaluate the results of the fair, which took place at the end of February - beginning of March at Ifema. This special event received 222 people, including representatives of companies, associations and official bodies of the sector.

The award-winners were Aurelio Soler Jorda, president of Topair, CEO at Hitsa and regular collaborator of AFEC, and Jaime Sordo González, managing director of Airconfort, with a wide experience in the sector, occupying responsible posts in different associations, and president of AFEC. Both received the awards for their contribution to the improvement of the HVACR industry from Enrique Cervelló y Manuel Acosta, presidents of Amicyf and Atecyr, respectively.

This event was organized by the Air Conditioning Equipment Manufacturers Association, Afec, together with the rest of the associations belonging to Climatización’s Organizing Committeel: Amicyf, Anefryc, Asetub, Asimccaf, Atecyr, CNI, Conaif and Fegeca.
