Lifebreath, a company committed to create, manufacture, and market innovative
energy recovery products, has recently had one of its products installed
at a hottage (combines the best of both home and cottage) located near the
shores of Lake Huron in Grand Bend, Ontario (Canada).
With four-thousand
square feet of living space in an insulated concrete forming (ICF) system, this
modern retreat showcases the latest trends in home design and combines these
elements of style with the serenity and ambience of cottage life. The hottage
comes complete with an advanced indoor air quality system thanks to the
Lifebreath Clean Air Furnace, which was used in conjunction with a radiant
floor system. In the winter, the air handler component of the Lifebreath Clean
Air Furnace distributes and circulates the warm air around the home, while in
the summer it acts as a forced air delivery system for the 3-tons of air
conditioning, reveals the companys press release.
The Lifebreath
Clean Air Furnace delivers fresh air to the home with its built in heat
recovery core, eliminating the need to install a separate heat recovery
ventilator unit. The heat recovery core exhausts stale indoor air, while
bringing in fresh outdoor air.
