Daikin
Spain, a leading company in the air conditioning sector, has launched its new
vertical Sky Air Comfort Inverter FVQ-B units, a perfect system for marquees,
restaurants or high-ceilinged offices. Now that summer has come, it will be
possible to count on a perfect air conditioning, for example, in marquees used
for celebrations and shows, and in which it is generally difficult to get a
suitable and uniform temperature level.
The new interior FVQ-B units standout for their quiet operation (sound
levels of only 36dB A) and incorporate a high efficiency, long duration filter
which reduces the maintenance needs and costs. In order to maintain comfort
levels, with the contribution of inverter technology, the unit incorporates
different functions. Among them stands out the automatic orientation function,
which allows for an even distribution of the air in all the room. It also
includes a two-speed fan, high and low, so that with the high speed it is
possible to cover a much bigger area compared with low speed, which limits the
air distribution to a minimum space. Furthermore, they also feature Daikins
special dehumidification function, which reduces humidity without changing the ambient
temperature.
One of the characteristics of the vertical floor units is their flexible
instalation, making it possible to place the exterior unit on a roof, a terrace
or against an outer wall. One should also point out the easy use and
maintenance. The units include a factory installed remote control with cable in
the front part of the unit, and incorporate thermal sensors so that the
temperature closer to the area to be air conditioned can be detected. Concerning
maintenance, the new FVQ-B units feature a very resistant anti-corrosion
treatment on the exterior units heat exchangers fin and an anti-corrosion plate
on the low part of the unit which offers additional protection, reveals the
companys press release.
